Magnesium Chloride Dead Sea Salts

Use 1–2 cups (200–400 grams) of Dead Sea salt for general relaxation or skin care.

Use 1/2 cup (100 grams) for children or sensitive skin.

For therapeutic purposes, such as relieving eczema, psoriasis, or muscle soreness, you can use up to 3 cups (600 grams).
